Training can be perceived as expensive, particularly if there is no discernable result to the organisation.

To ensure the best "Return on Investment" all our training events are delivered specific to customer needs. We do not run a public schedule, believing that the type of course, the content and the style of delivery is best tailored to each requirement. We are able to offer a very wide range of Training, designed and delivered directly by our training professional James Rezin or by specialists who work with him.

Extensive training facilities are available at the Winfrith Technology Centre, or as many organisations prefer, training can be delivered on their own site. In addition we provide remote desktop support for following up the training, or in some cases to deliver a complete series of training.

We supply training resources, ranging from support materials through to equipment tailored to specific needs. We find that training on a demonstration environment on your own equipment is very useful as real situations can be developed and explored.

  • Off the Shelf Courses - Standard Courses that can be supplied either on-site or at our premises.
  • Tailored Instructor led Learning - Pick and mix from our "Off the Shelf Courses" tailored to suit your requirements.
  • Bespoke Learning - A training course delivered against specific business objectives.
  • One to One remote Skills Transfer - Pre booked remote access to training or skills transfer to solve a particular gap in an individuals knowledge.
  • Training Needs Analysis - Full analysis of the business to establish the current skills/knowledge levels and compare this against required the skills levels. The identified shortfall can be developed into a training programme.
  • Continued Professional Development (CPD) /Personal Training Plans - Individual analysis of existing skills and knowledge to identify gaps against a desired level of competency.
  • Course/Learning ware Development - Development of training/learning materials.
  • Coaching - A programme of one to one meetings to aide an individual or group of individuals to progress their skills/knowledge and therefore bring added value to an organisation.
  • Training Programmes - Application rollouts, change management, personal/management development.
  • Training Management - Training Management database, Facilitation, Sourcing
  • Training Partners - We partner with other local organisations where more traditional or specialised courses can be provided.
