Reliable Backup

Backing up, boring but vital, this remains one of the top issues. You have a number of options, backing up to tape, to disk and remotely. Each system has different benefits and risks, however, we always recommend taking a copy of your data off site. Disasters do happen! Please contact us and we will find the best option for you.

Preventative Maintenance and Monitoring

Preventative maintenance is made "simple" by monitoring key parts of your system. We estimate that organisations are at risk of an avoidable major disruption to service every couple of years,possibly stopping work for hour or days. With good maintenance and monitoring this risk can be practically eliminated. Issues will arise, but they can be identified and resolved in a planned manner.

Fixed Price

We will provide a fixed price for work if this suits you best. This can range from small maintenance tasks through to complete projects.
